Pursuant to Public Service Law 89-c(10) and 16 NYCRR 720-8.1, the Village of Wellsville Municipal Utilities Electric Department hereby provides notice that the rate request filed in April 2017, closing Rate Case 14-E-0083, with the New York State Public Service Commission has been approved as amended. This second stage filing was made at the conclusion of the Vossler substation capital project and the effective date was September 18th, 2017.
