Wellsville: Village Board Meeting agenda for Oct. 9th

Note from the village:
We will be having a flag raising Monday night at about 6:30 p.m. for Meghan Roberts.  Also, our Board meeting will be held here in the Trustees Board Room because it being Columbus Day, the library will be closed.

Accept the minutes for the Regular Meeting held on September 25, 2017.


VISITORS:  
 
MAYOR’S BUSINESS:
1.         The Salvation Army is requesting to hold their annual Halloween Street Party on Tuesday, 10-31-2017, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.  The Salvation Army is also requesting to have East Pearl Street closed between Loder and Main Streets. 
 
2.         The Board needs to set the hours for trick-or-treating.  Halloween falls on a Tuesday, 10-31-2017.
 
TRUSTEES’ BUSINESS:
            COLE:
 
1.         Request acceptance and approval of the vouchers as listed in the Abstract of Vouchers dated October 9th, 2017.
2.         Request acceptance of the Auditor’s Report presented during the October 9th, 2017 Special Board Meeting.
 
HERMAN:
 
1.         WWTP Project Update –
 
2.         Request approval for MRB Group Culvert agreement and WWTP Project design plan/schedule.
 
KETCHNER:
1.         Burrous Building Update.
 
FAHS:
1.         WPD Labor Agreement Update (Executive Session).
2.         Request board approval to install “DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY”  sign (red on white background) for West Bound West State Street traffic just prior to the most Easterly driveway entrance into the Wellsville High School parking lot.  This additional measure will help alleviate traffic on East Bound West State Street between South Brooklyn and the High School between 7:30 am and 8:00 am.
3.         Request board approval to install secondary panels reading “Nov 1 to May 1” to the existing No Parking signs along both sides of Hillside Homes to help curb a parking issue during winter months that impedes snow removal.
